Excellent location, within walking distance to many attractions. The host Onur was incredibly helpful and attended to all our needs. If I visit Istanbul again, I will definitely book this property.

Great views and a charming room located in the heart of the historic city. Very cosy with all the amenities you require.
MarinaHotel does not allow repairs with the correction of broken things
The location is tricky. Especially if it's your first time in Istanbul.
It is visible that at some point this was a premium quality apartment with a high-quality renovation (15-20 years ago).
The hosts try to maintain order and comfort.
The very cool terrace on top creates a wow effect.
The staircase is not for everyone. All rooms are on different floors, for example, the kitchen is on the third, the children's room downstairs, and the bedroom on the second. However, there are bathrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors, which is convenient.
There was a slight characteristic smell in the house, typical for old buildings, but I couldn't quite place it. It was a bit stuffy at times. However, the heating is easily adjustable, so there were no issues with that.
A child (5 years old) fell from the stairs on the very first day, and then we had to accompany him everywhere, which was inconvenient. So decide for yourselves if you are friends with the staircase or not.
The shower rooms are very beautifully designed but worn out and not very user-friendly.
