The location is close to the M4 for the airport, to Pendik station for the high-speed YHT trains and the Marmaray line. The area is full of places to eat and shop.
In the room there is a kettle with tea, coffee, and sugar.
The room is small, there is no space to open a suitcase. Equally small is the bathroom, with the shower above the other fixtures. Maintenance is lacking, the shower head had no support. The property is also very poorly maintained. The cleanliness is minimal.
