I stayed at this hotel for several nights, and unfortunately, my experience was below expectations. While the room was clean and comfortable, the reception service was disappointing. Both check-in and check-out took much longer than they should have, and the staff were slow to respond to requests. The level of customer service did not match what I would expect from a hotel of this standard.
The location of the hotel is good, but service quality is just as important. I hope the management will focus on improving staff responsiveness and overall guest service. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not choose to stay here again.
