-The apartment is not in the location shown on the map.
-The listing states that the apartment has a terrace. It turns out the terrace is not exclusive to the apartment but for general use. However, it is in such a condition that it cannot be used: remnants of food and cigarette butts, everything is covered in bird droppings, and the chairs and tables have not been cleaned for years.
-The apartment is in terrible condition: torn upholstery on the bed, rusty radiators, a toilet flush that is falling off, mold in the bathroom.
-The apartment is very poorly equipped: there are not enough cutlery for all residents, there is no dish soap to wash the dishes, there are no trash bags. Unfortunately, the owner did not react to the request to replenish these shortcomings.
-The apartment was only superficially cleaned: the floor was sticky, tables were dirty. Windows, curtains, and sills have not been cleaned for years. Upon arrival, I had to spend 2 hours cleaning to be able to function there.
-I see that the average rating includes various rooms, maybe the others are in better condition, but I advise avoiding the one I was in.
