Exceptional

The hotel is located in a very convenient position for those, like us, who had only a few days to visit the city. We booked a double room which, although small, met our needs, especially in terms of cleanliness. What made our stay at the Primero Hotel particularly pleasant was the staff's availability: everyone, from the receptionists to the waiters during breakfast, to the cleaning staff, made an effort to respond in a friendly and efficient manner to all our needs and helped make our little daughter feel welcome too, always addressing her with smiles and attention. The breakfast, although mainly savory, also offered sweet options allowing to satisfy different tastes. The transfer service from the airport, which we used, was excellent.

The room size is small, which may be less functional for those needing to have large luggage.

Great workers and pretty good value for money.

The location is excellent. The staff is also worth it, all the guys are really good people and look after the customer a lot.

Our room was on the -1 floor and the windows had curtains that let the light in, so every time a car passed by, it lit up the room. The beds are not the best either.

Great hotel

The staff is very nice, welcoming, helpful, clean, good breakfast, close to public transportation. The staff allowed me to stay more than the check-out time of my room which was 12pm. I checked out at 2pm with no extra charge. I congratulate all the hotel staff.

All the staff I met during the short stay were so nice and helpful. Their guidance and the perfect location were great.

The room was really nice, maybe a little small but that's okay.
