LamaWorst stay ever
The location was very good.
This hotel is the biggest fool ever. They have 2 buildings, if you're booking a suite they get you in the 2nd building which had zero reception for 4 days in a row. Whenever you need anything, you have to call the phone so the other hotel could help and guess what, the telephone was broken so most of the time it didn't work. The AC was not working for 2 days and then they offered help when I yelled at them. The towels were almost yellow and barely clean. The room looks very dissimilar to the photos, the furniture is too old and zero maintenance has been done to it. Also, the room turned out normal, not even a suite with wide space like the pics.
