HORRIBLE

Location

Cleanliness, premises, dark room, and broken or rusty equipment. Clogged toilets. Humidity and very dirty mattress and bedding. The rooms are in the basement, with additional price requests to be paid on site in cash to have separate beds when this option is free in any self-respecting hotel. A very bad experience, a hotel to avoid!

I do not recommend it, it is not what they offer

I made the reservation over 3 months ago requesting 2 beds since I travel with my sister, when we arrived it was in an ugly, dirty, and dark place and after paying for 3 nights in cash because they did not accept cards, I took my suitcase and took us to another even worse hotel around the corner and the receptionist was asleep, already upset at 2 in the morning I asked if they had 2 beds and he said no, so I canceled, asked for my money back, and left with my sister, I did not see the rooms, but it was not the same hotel I had booked, thankfully we found Larissa Suites up the street, where they accepted us at 2 am for $50 per night and accommodated us with a sofa bed
