Feel scammed and disappointed, this situation is highly frustrating. The receptionist just laughed at me and didn't take any action.

Absolutely nothing

Upon arrival at the property, the receptionist informed me that they couldn't find my booking and advised me to create a new one (resulting in double payment via booking). Later he suggested I pay by card and the issue would be sorted in the morning (paid three times for one night). However, the matter remains unresolved, and the staff seem unaware and unresponsive to emails or calls from booking in order to authorise these refunds - they simply laughed at me and were indifferent to my concerns.

We had a pleasant stay, the staff were friendly, the place was always clean and the food was satisfactory
