You are greeted by a disgusting sewer smell

Horrible rooms, unsafe rooms open to all guests, uninterested staff, and leaving the hotel before the stay... Definitely a nightmare.

Booking 2 rooms and making the payment through booking.com, when we arrived at the hotel, a very intense mold smell greets you as soon as you enter the room. When we informed the reception, nobody cared and we had to leave the next morning. Due to the mold in the bathroom, our kids couldn't use the toilet or shower. When we went down to the restaurant for breakfast in the morning, one side had garbage and the other side had tables stored, and we were told that this was the restaurant. Unfortunately, there were no restaurant pictures in the app, so we faced another big disappointment and had to have breakfast outside. What's even more interesting is that the rooms are open to all guests. With the room cards given to you, you can access all hotel rooms. When other guests warned us, we tried and indeed could enter all rooms. As you will see in the pictures, the room that should be out of use was sold to us. We checked out the next morning and when we requested a refund, nobody cared. The manager was not there and when we tried to contact by phone, our calls were not returned. Our complaint made via Booking.com about the refund was not assisted. As a result, we had to move to a different hotel by paying extra during our vacation. By paying for 2 rooms to the hotel we didn't stay at, we had an unpleasant holiday.

The cleanliness and the fact that the toilet seat was broken, we had it fixed 3 times. Therefore, please make sure it is completely repaired
