I was not satisfied with my stay and will not book there again.

The location was great, the staff was nice and helpful with issues.

The locks on the doors only closed after several attempts. It was very dirty in several ways. The first thing we encountered was a cockroach in both rooms. The bath towels were yellow to brown. The toilet was not the cleanest either. I won't even start talking about the condition under the beds - there were dust bunnies, food remains and cigarette butts. There was no toilet paper holder. In one room, there was only one roll of toilet paper. The breakfast was unhygienic and of poor quality. The shower head came off right after turning on the water. The night lamps didn't work. The armchairs had stains. In one room, there wasn't even a shower cabin, and the bathroom couldn't be closed off.

Great stay! The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety. I would definitely recommend it.

Great location, friendly staff, and a comfortable stay in Sultanahmet.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of many of Istanbul's main attractions. The staff were friendly and welcoming. It has been newly renovated. It was a comfortable stay and good value for money.
