The location is close to the M4 for the airport, to Pendik station on the YHT high-speed trains and the Marmaray line. The area is full of places to eat and shop.
In the room there is a kettle with tea, coffee, and sugar.
The room is small, there is no space to open a suitcase. Equally small is the bathroom, with the shower over the other fixtures. Maintenance is lacking, the shower head had no support. Also, the property is very poorly maintained. The cleanliness is minimal.
