The staff at this hotel were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive. When my airline lost my luggage, they went above and beyond to help me contact the airline and even received my luggage on my behalf. Their kindness and willingness to help made a very stressful situation much easier.
The location is excellent. It's only a one-minute walk to a major transportation hub and within easy walking distance of many popular attractions.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.
