Excellent location, within walking distance of many attractions. Host Onur was very helpful and took care of all our needs. If I travel to Istanbul again, I will definitely rent this property.

Location is striking. Especially if it's your first time in Istanbul.
It's visible that this used to be a typical quality renovated apartment (15-20 years ago).
The hosts try to maintain order and comfort.
A very cool terrace from the top creates a wow effect.
The stairs are not for everyone. All rooms are on different floors, for example kitchen on the third. Children's room downstairs, and bedroom on the second. But there are bathrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors, which is convenient.
There was a slight characteristic smell in the house, typical for old premises, but I couldn't recognize it exactly. Checking wasn't entirely successful, for example, insects from the street used to fly into the children's room but had to cover them late at night. Opening the windows from the central location may be noisy. This is not people shouting, but city sounds. Therefore, it was slightly stuffy. However, the heating is easily adjustable, so there were no problems.
The child (5 years old) fell gently from the stairs on the first day, and then had to be escorted everywhere, which turned out to be inconvenient. So decide for yourselves, whether you're friends with the stairs like us)
The showers in the bathrooms are very beautiful, but tired, not very comfortable to use.
