The beds are not comfortable
The breakfast was very bad
OihanaHotel with perfect location but rooms need improving.
The location to visit Istanbul is perfect, very close to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and the Bosphorus.
The rooms are okay but the air conditioning was not working, they had left us tea and Nescafé but there was no kettle... The staff is friendly and attentive to all requests.
