Everything was great, excellent value for money. Location 10/10. Very clean and cozy.
Wi-Fi was not working, but it was a minor issue.

Do not be deceived by the price or location.
This accommodation was totally unsuitable for human habitation. My family and I had to vacate at 4 a.m. due to a serious bed bug infestation and visible mould (see photos).
There was no on-site reception at the accommodation. All communications were managed through another hotel. Despite reporting the problem promptly, our messages were disregarded.
We did not receive a refund or any satisfactory resolution after having to leave.
This was one of the most awful and stressful lodging experiences I have ever encountered.

The hotel location is beautiful and close to everything. The tram station is a two-minute walk away.
Unfortunately, the restaurant downstairs has loud music.
