Great hotel with excellent amenities. The location is challenging due to the maze of roads for exiting.

Beautiful room.

The rooms at Centro Westside by Rotana are almost like a serviced apartment. It features a separate living room with a TV, a kitchenette equipped with a sink, a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a microwave (though my room did not have a microwave plate), a kettle, but lacks cooking facilities (no stove, plates, pans, pots, cutlery, or glasses).

The bedroom is separate with an en-suite bathroom and a TV.

The internet connection worked flawlessly.

The pool and gym facilities are top-notch.

The buffet breakfast (available at an extra cost unless prebooked) is very good, as well as the room service.

The hotel should ensure that all amenities (like the microwave) are functional and not just for show. Additionally, there was an issue with the light in one of the bedroom wardrobes (which didn't turn off automatically) that required fixing so I could sleep comfortably on the second night.

The location poses a challenge for those wanting to visit the Mall Of Istanbul and/or access the nearby Metro station at the MOI for reaching Istanbul city centre. Although the MOI is supposedly a short distance away, it is not walkable from the hotel. Taxis charge a high fare due to needing GPS to navigate the complex road system before reaching the MOI.

I have arrived late at night and the check-in process was very smooth. Mr. Mevlut was also a very friendly person and he upgraded my room.

It was a good place to stay for your work travel

GREAT

- Room service is excellent, and overall hotel services are outstanding.

- The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, especially Guest Service staff Muhammed and Emre.

- Breakfast could be improved (fresh-made omelet is not included with the breakfast, you need to pay separately).

- The location is a bit far from the central area (best option is to rent a vehicle).
