This was an entirely unsatisfactory experience. The hotel is billed as a four star establishment, but when I got there the manager said it was a "bed and breakfast." The room is a broom closet and there is no gym. I did not check in after viewing room and moved to a good hotel around the corner (the Central Palace Taksim). The manager refused to refund the money despite the misleading advertising. Booking.com would not intervene despite hosting the advertising on its side. I won't be using Booking.com after this disappointing experience.
