Excellent hospitality, they always provided water and soaps every day during cleaning. Excellent value for money.
I would recommend installing a towel rack in the bathroom.
Breakfast lacking in sweets and only savory dishes available. The room we were assigned was connecting with another guest (of course, with the connecting door closed) but noises could be heard.

Friendly staff, close to transportation facilities and most important tourist attractions, daily cleaning, mediocre breakfast.
The mini-bar works inversely (giving more heat than cool), toiletries (shampoo, conditioner...) are of poor quality, the hairdryer caught on fire on the first use. There was also an issue on the last day with water, but I can't blame the hotel as it was a general problem.
