I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was outstanding- would honestly rate it a 10/10. There was a great variety of fresh, delicious options every morning.
The entire facility was very clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. My sister became sick during our trip, and they were incredibly kind and accommodating by allowing me to bring breakfast to her room. I truly appreciated their compassion and exceptional customer service.
The location was another highlight. It is centrally located and within walking distance of major attractions like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. It is also very close to the Sultanahmet Metro Station, making it easy and convenient to get around the city.
Overall, we had an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.
The wifi was bad. Didn’t get much great service.
