Impolite staff
NohaNever again will I stay at this hotel!!
The only advantage of this hotel is its location!
1- The hotel is extremely dirty and unsanitary. We had to switch rooms 3 times until we finally found an acceptable room to sleep in. They upgraded us to a Seaview room after the incident with urine.
2- The toilet was covered in urine when we checked in!!!
3- The carpets are stained and dirty, the towels are old, and the TV and remote control do not work!
4- The Wi-Fi does not work most of the time.
5- The staff is very impolite and unhelpful. I had to ask 5 times for an iron and nothing was provided.
6- When we requested a late check-out, they said it was only possible if we gave them the highest score on Booking!
This hotel does not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel at all.

Great location
The staff were not very helpful except for the cleaning lady. They were very eager to get things done and in several instances, things were forgotten.
Very bad with paper cups instead of glass in the room and in the dining room and during breakfast.
