The hotel's location is one of its biggest strengths. It is close to the metro, Galata Tower, Istiklal Street, and many excellent shops, cafés, and restaurants, making it very easy to explore Istanbul. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Considering the price, the hotel offers very good value for money. The rooms are comfortable, the service is good, and overall it is a pleasant place to stay.
The hotel could benefit from some renovation and modernization. A few areas feel a bit outdated and some furniture and facilities could be refreshed. However, none of this affected my overall experience.
