I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Süleyman Bilgic for his exemplary customer orientation. At the beginning, there was a minor misunderstanding regarding our breakfast reservation, which Mr. Bilgic, however, resolved extremely professionally, quickly, and to our complete satisfaction.
From the very first minute, we felt very comfortable and well taken care of. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would love to come back!

The staff at the reception, breakfasts, rooms and cleanliness in general are good.
The spa and especially the staff there. Very poor English, there were no bathrobes or slippers. It was strange to hear the requirement to wear a cap in the pool, and also for a fee. Dirty windows in the room. We refused the minibar upon check-in, it was strange when they brought out its contents in front of us, while in other hotels they simply note what was used upon check-out.
