You can stay at this hotel for only one night, maximum

Close to the metro, the reception works 24/7, there is WiFi (although occasionally freezes)

There were small red ants found in the bed - unpleasant. It's good that we stayed for only one night.

The area itself is considered not very safe in Istanbul (Tarlabasi)

When checking out, we forgot smartwatches in the room - as soon as they connected to WiFi at the airport, wrote to the hotel, but did not receive a response. Apparently, they decided to leave them :/

I would also like to mention that our room was located in a separate building, next to the reception. Suddenly it's important to someone.

Exceptional

The staff were kind and polite. Everything I needed, they prepared immediately. The apartment was very clean. All equipment was new. Outside the apartment, there was a closet with everything you might need like extra tissues, mineral water, and handwashing liquid. Although the location was very close to Taksim square, the neighborhood was cozy and quiet. The person responsible for hosting the guests and replying on WhatsApp and mobile phone was very polite, responsive, and kind.

Everything was okay. There is nothing to complain about.
