Nice Clean property. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ideal location. With number of public transport hubs all within walking distance.
Breakfast can be a little better. Good quality food lacking presentation.

Check-in was easy and flexible. After check-in, the location is great, close to the Tram station, pier, bridge, and Galata Tower. However, for dining, this area is a bit more expensive than hotels near Taksim, and it mainly focuses on restaurants offering fish bread/wraps. In some hidden streets, there are lively bars. A negative point is the airport access, the bus stops at Taksim Square and using other means of transportation requires some connections. It can be a bit difficult to find the funicular station, and depending on the time, it may not be working. Going from Taksim to the hotel on foot is quite challenging because walking with luggage on the steep streets near the tower is not easy. Taking a taxi can be expensive and may require patience to find an available one.
The room was spacious and comfortable (the shower, although different, was excellent, very hot and with plenty of water). However, the view of the alley with cats was not nice.
The breakfast is tasty, with very local options, but without changes from one day to the next. It is served late, around 8:30 am, and 'a la carte', not buffet, which makes the service a bit slow and not so comfortable for repeat meals.
