Location
People, including the receptionist, smoke cigarettes in public areas, causing a cigarette smell throughout from the reception to the elevator.
The internet speed was not good, so I had to be moved to another room, where it was at least better.
There was construction work (renovations) going on within the property, resulting in noise and dust.
