Location was the nearest to my work.
No elevator lift. No room surface. No daily cleaning. No daily water. No daily change of bed sheets and towels. No soup. No one was willing to lift my bags. No cabinet. No money safe.

Friendly staff and great location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
The property requires refurbishment and a thorough cleaning. The walls, floors are filthy, and the ceiling above the sofa is severely cracked. The room and bed pillows reeked of smoke. We had to request a duvet as there was none upon arrival. The sofa bed had burn marks from cigarettes. We were only given one towel each for our 4-day stay, and only two power sockets were functional in the room.

Unfortunately, the accommodation does not match the pictures shown. The whirlpool in the room only worked halfway and only lukewarm water came out. When entering the room, there was a large hole in the whirlpool's enclosure. The fireplaces under the TV and on the table did not work at all. The rain shower in the bathroom leaked from all sides. There was a large construction site on the balcony and cables were hanging out of the walls everywhere. The couch had burn marks and the cleaning was done half-heartedly (there was still a condom under the bed).
The staff unfortunately does not speak English, which makes communication very difficult
