The staff were excellent, so friendly and helped with whatever I needed. I had friends staying in a nearby hotel and I asked at reception if they could point me in the right direction. He took us until we saw it at the end of the street. The room was clean with comfy beds and everything we needed. I was only there for 4 nights and ate out so didn't use the kitchen area. Great location, not noisy at all, and felt very safe walking about late at night

Thank you for everything, it was an amazing time. Thanks for your attention to the guests, for help and the hospitality! The room is great. Also, the location is in a quiet, safe district. The ferry is not far, just 5 min away from the hotel, also any buses 50m away. We had a great time. We will be happy to come back again!
