Strategic hotel for its location. Convenient to the Galata Bridge and in general to the T1 tram that takes you all over the old city.
Very close to the embarkation points for Bosphorus cruises.
It is a boutique hotel, small but comfortable. Rooms are not huge but equipped with high comfort, quite quiet despite facing the street.
Very clean.
Bathroom products and towels renewed daily.
Breakfast of decent quality, buffet-style, with fresh products although not very varied. Priceless view from the breakfast room on the 8th floor.
We never dined there but I think the cuisine can also be of good quality as it is recommended by Michelin.
Special mention to the staff: both Sedat, the general manager, and Jacob are really kind and highly professional. But Harun is unbeatable, who managed the almost impossible feat of getting two train tickets to Ankara (if you have to go there, book well in advance because they sell out immediately) by monitoring the Turkish railways website for over 24 hours and advancing the cost with his credit card. In many years of travel, I have never seen anyone do this before. Congratulations Harun and thank you.
Excellent and punctual service they offer to pick you up from the airport. And also to take you to the train station.
