Terrible experience.
There was no electricity, and loud construction noise outside the hotel made it impossible to rest. When we asked for a refund, the hotel refused. The manager became extremely aggressive, allegedly attempted to physically attack me and my elderly father, and eventually forced us, along with other guests, to leave the hotel. We had to call the police, and only after they arrived was the situation finally brought under control. We felt intimidated and completely unsafe. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.
