The bed is terrible!! Every morning from 4.00 am an alarm clock without interruption, with an open window impossible to sleep!
BernaIt was an excellent accommodation experience with its cleanliness, location, and friendly staff.
The hotel was very clean, organized, and comfortable. The location was great, I could easily reach everywhere. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. Especially the manager was very kind, understanding, and closely involved with the guests. I felt very comfortable and safe.
