Friendly staff, always ready to help, responsive to any request and question.
Delicious breakfasts, really tasty!
Convenient location if you're here for a couple of days and need to see the sights, there's a grocery store nearby.
Comfortable room and bed, everything is clean.
The only downside is the noise from passing trains near the hotel, which is not a problem for me since I sleep soundly. However, it might be an issue for some people.

The value for money was excellent (for a girls' trip with a shared room it was perfect). The hotel's location is great, with good public transport connections and also within walking distance of the main tourist attractions.
Berat at the reception was very friendly and prepared throughout our entire stay, he also gave us tips and tricks on what to visit. Even though we already had an idea of what we wanted to do, we followed his recommendations as well and they were a great help.
