Would not stay again!

The hotel location was lovely and the lobby area.

Our stay was very disappointing, especially for what is advertised as a 5-star hotel. The staff were unfriendly, unwelcoming, and not helpful, which made our experience far from enjoyable. The housekeeping was also subpar, and the cleanliness of the room did not meet the standard we would expect from a 5-star hotel. Overall, we expected a much higher level of service and quality, but unfortunately, the hotel fell well short of our expectations.

Memorable

Fantastic location, clean and comfortable. Situated on a charming and peaceful street but still close to all the bustling areas of the city. The staff, especially Mert and Elif, were exceptionally friendly. Will definitely return!

Add more coffee choices for breakfast and ensure the coffee is stronger!
