The bedsheet in the room was dirty and had something placed over it to hide it, you couldn't take a shower in the bathroom because the water wasn't running properly.
AfzanIt's much worth than the money value paid especially with kids.
Location, staff friendliness, spacious room. They have a classic elevator and unique stairs, and air conditioning. Help with airport transfer too.
Can be cleaner, and toilet utensils should be properly maintained. For example, the shower is working, but the hose is leaking.
