Inaccessible floor due to narrow stairs, mold, nothing worked, we didn't even have electricity

The location was excellent, and considering the price, the quality was also satisfactory (cost-effectiveness).
There were steep stairs (no elevator). However, the friendly staff did their best to address our issue by offering a new room on the ground floor.
