The hotel is located on Istiklal pedestrian street. Always dynamic and interesting (our room faced this street - that's how we ordered). The street is noisy, it gets noisy until 1-2 nights. It wasn't a problem for us. The bathroom is very exotic - directly in the room, separated by a curtain. It may disturb many. It's not a separate room, as we used to, but just a cabin directly across from the bed. Breakfasts are similar, but very hearty. The cafe where breakfast is served is just across the street from the hotel, you just need to cross the street.
The hotel has no elevator, only a steep spiral staircase. Dragging luggage upstairs, well I would say it's another quest. We, two elderly women, were helped by Riza, the receptionist. A huge thank you to him. Another downside - we ordered 2 separate beds. We woke up, in the room there was one big bed and for some reason, the same Riza said that we had to wait until tomorrow for them to be separated. We did it ourselves, he only brought a second set of linen. Well it's very strange that he couldn't make or prepare for us the room that we confirmed with 2 separate beds. We consider this a hotel downside!

Perfect location, we were on the most iconic street of Istanbul. Reza was extremely helpful, he helped us with luggage, he walked us to our transfer, he was helping us with everything we asked.
The only problem that you could experience is absence of elevator
