I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Suite was very large (living room and bedroom), very cozy and comfortable.

I had booked a 39 m² Junior Suite, but when I arrived at the hotel after the official check-in time, I was kept waiting for half an hour before being shown to a room that was simply a standard double room with a double bed and bedside tables. After expressing my dissatisfaction, I was offered another room that once again did not match the Junior Suite I had reserved.

At that point, I requested to speak with the hotel manager. After another wait, I was eventually provided with a room on the top floor. While it was not the Junior Suite I had originally reserved, I agreed to it because it featured a beautiful terrace with stunning views of the entire city.

Unfortunately, the issues did not stop there. The next morning, construction work began just one floor below my room. The noise was incredibly loud and persisted from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm daily, including weekends.

On my last day, I had no option but to ask for a different room due to the smell of welding that had permeated my room, making it impossible to sleep there.

The breakfast was also disappointing. The variety was quite limited for a four-star hotel.

Overall, my experience was far below what I had expected, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Very beautiful hotel with attention to details. Attentive staff. Spacious room. Pleasant to be in both the lobby and the room. Located 5 minutes from Istiklal. Many cool cafes and restaurants nearby. I really love this area of Istanbul.

No bathrobes or dental kits in the room. This wasn't a major issue, I think if requested, they would have provided.
