Beds were comfortable, shower worked well, staff were very nice, and breakfast had a lot of options.
We asked for 2 room keys as we were friends travelling together, but not spending all our time together. We were told we could only have one.

Excellent location close to major sights. Breakfast area with a view of the Bosphorus was nice. Rooms were neat and clean. Staff were attentive.
Air conditioning was very noisy and old, with the fan hitting something internally and constantly causing noise disturbances. No elevator. Strong smell of cigarettes. The building is in need of refurbishment.
