EnesNo new sheets, blood stain on sheets, constantly asking for air conditioning to be turned on.
Reception staff was friendly
Poor hygiene, within the 5 days of stay, bed sheets were never replaced, blood stains on sheets. They constantly turn off the air conditioning, had to keep calling reception to turn it on.
