ReginePerfect for a stay in Istanbul.
The welcome at the reception was perfect.
Ideally located, close to the metro and tram.
The welcome during breakfast was rather cold.
The 'chef' did not want to make us fresh orange juice. When his own boss arrived, he had to make them.
Then he did not speak to us for the next two days.
