Everything is fine. Quiet in the courtyard - this is very important. In the center of Istanbul - a rarity

Very Poor

If you want your trip to Istanbul to be ruined, choose SYUDA. Cockroaches, dirt, everything covered in dust that you can't touch anything. There were 3 people with us. The third person slept on the sofa. The sofa collapsed like a sheet in hand. Thank God no one got hurt. We booked the BEST room with a balcony, but they didn't give it to us, saying that you'll be fine even without a balcony. I must mention the stairs separately. If you don't have a foot size of 36 or bigger, it will be impossible to step on the step. But I will also write in the end that we arrived at the agreed time, but no one met us. We stood at the door for an hour and a half, then hungry and tired, we went to eat pizza and use Wi-Fi. Only after an hour and a half of calls and messages did they respond and check us in. AND ANOTHER THING!!!!!! There was NO WATER for one whole day.

Pleasant

The hotel is in a superb location, near shops and restaurants. The staff were highly attentive and accommodating, and they graciously permitted me to have an early check-in upon my morning arrival.
I think the hotel could use a refurbishment.

Good 6

Average quality, but excellently located

The location is the main highlight of this accommodation, situated right in the heart of the labyrinth of ancient streets, antique shops, cafes, and restaurants that characterise the Cukurcuma/Cihangir areas at the summit overlooking the Bosphorus. Convenient access to both the Istiklal area and Taksim Square for metro, tram, and ferry services along the Bosphorus shore.
The apartment no longer matches the pristine appearance shown in the photos. The kitchen is awkwardly placed in a narrow corridor and is under-equipped. Several power sockets are loose, with one even torn out of the wall and precariously held in place with sticky tape. A refurbishment is necessary; for now, its strong points are its location and relatively low price. Be cautious of the very narrow and steep spiral staircase - carrying suitcases to the upper floors will be a challenge.
