Excellent location of the hotel. Russian-speaking staff. The room had everything necessary, even a stove and a washing machine.

We were allocated a room that exceeded our expectations - bright, clean, and cosy. It was equipped with everything we needed, and although a few items were missing, the staff were helpful and promptly addressed our requests. The hotel's location is excellent for sightseeing, being close to the M2 metro line, providing easy access to anywhere you need to go. There are plenty of food stores and restaurants in the vicinity for dining options. Overall, this is a fantastic choice considering the price.
Not specific to this property, but Istanbul in general is a noisy city. We stayed in four different apartments, all lacking soundproofing - the traffic noise is constant, and the early morning prayers at 6 am are quite loud. I found that using earplugs for sleeping is highly recommended in this city.

We need a hotel for a good rest and to sleep well after a day of sightseeing, but unfortunately, this hotel couldn't provide that.

The hotel is located near the station and has a cooking stove and a laundry machine inside the room.
The heater in the room is an old version and broke down, leaking on the first night, leaving us freezing cold in winter. Even though it was fixed, it continues to leak and make a noisy sound, making it difficult for us to sleep. We have already unpacked our three big luggages, so moving to another hotel would be problematic, even though the manager offered us to do so.
The heater in the bathroom is not working at all, so it is freezing cold after we take a bath throughout the nights we stayed.
The hotel's neighborhood is surrounded by pubs and bars, making it very noisy until 4 am, which makes it difficult for us to sleep.
