KamranThe receptionist was very unhelpful and unfriendly, but the property itself was good along with the rest of the staff.
The property was clean and in a great location, providing a comfortable stay.
The receptionist lacked customer service skills and initially gave us an unsatisfactory room. When we raised our concerns, he refused to change it, claiming that we had just checked in and any changes should have been made by our family. Despite this, we had only checked in minutes earlier. He even insinuated that if our family had made a mess, he would not change the room. I offered to clean any mess myself in 10 minutes, but he continued to be rude, laughing and making fun of the situation.

The room and the bathroom are too small, if I had to come back I would ask for a bigger room.
In the pool area there are only 4 sunbeds and they are always occupied.
