The upgrade to a spacious room with a view of the rooftops was great!
The person at the reception shows no enthusiasm, and does less than the minimum. Not even a hello or a glance when passing by.
Housekeeping was done only once in 5 days...

In the economy room located underground in the annex building, the Wi-Fi signal is weak, the mobile network coverage is almost non-existent, there is no refrigerator, and for the same price, you can get a better stay at other hotels.
