Terrible experience.
The room had no electricity, and there was loud construction noise outside the hotel, making it impossible to rest. When we requested a refund, the hotel declined. The manager became extremely aggressive, allegedly attempted to physically attack me and my elderly father, and eventually forced us, along with other guests, to leave the hotel. We had to call the police, and only after their arrival was the situation finally under control. We felt intimidated and completely unsafe. I would never stay here again and strongly recommend others to avoid this hotel.
