The room had a nice location, it probably fits well with 4 stars.
The pool was not clean, and you couldn't really take a shower afterwards.

We stayed from June 28th to July 1st, 2026. Very good hotel, cleanliness, excellent staff, especially at the Turan reception. Breakfast is good! The location of the hotel is excellent! I recommend to everyone!

Not wheelchair friendly you have to lift your luggage on stairs to get inside the hotel without any help
Staff impolite. Very poor breakfast served with chipped plates. Nothing international, no croissant, etc. Poor and bad quality of food!
The lobby is small and disgusting
The pool is very very small

RakhimThe hotel is decent, but does not feel like a 4-star. Breakfast is decent. Rooms are clean. Towels were fresh and bed linen was not changed
