In general I liked the hotel and I recommend it. The staff was great, Bayram, Tolik , and others. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The atmosphere is really welcoming, you feel like home there. The restaurant manager or chef prepared "10 numarası " Turkish coffee every morning, it was delicious. Breakfast was simple (standard) but enough to start the day. The location was also good, not so far from Taksim, harbour, Dolmabahce. There's scales in the hotel, so it's very convenient to check the weight of your luggage.
It was a bit noisy at night. The air conditioning is not individual.

Convenient location, near the metro. Many attractions within walking distance. Room with a terrace. Two rooms - two air conditioners. Clean. Breakfasts are modest, but you won't stay hungry. You can order an omelette, scrambled eggs.. (for free)
