The hotel is excellent in terms of location, comfort, and staff behavior.

Breakfast is simple and has limited options.

Checked out the same day because the location wasn't for us. Hotel and room were neat.

The building itself

Best hotel stay I've ever had

I have stayed in many beautiful hotels around the world, including luxury five-star beach resorts, but this was honestly the best hotel experience I have ever had. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. I was kindly given an early check-in, my bags were looked after, and was given a beautiful room that exceeded expectations.

What made this hotel truly special was not just the facilities, it was the people.

A special thank you to Ayse from housekeeping, who was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly kind, and the room was always spotless, fresh, and prepared with such care. The housekeeping throughout our stay was exceptional.

The pool area and spa were fantastic, and the spa staff were so warm and friendly. The front desk team were consistently helpful and kind, and even the security staff were welcoming and pleasant.

The breakfast was one of the best I've had at any hotel. During our stay it was my birthday, and the staff acknowledged it and treated me with such kindness that it genuinely made the day feel special.

I can honestly say that I left this hotel feeling emotional and happy because of the people who work there. That is what makes this place exceptional. Many hotels have nice rooms; very few have a team that makes guests feel truly cared for.

The location is also perfect. The hotel is directly opposite Osmanbey metro station, making it easy to reach almost anywhere in Istanbul. One of the city's loveliest parks is only a short walk away, there are restaurants and cafés all around the hotel, shopping malls nearby, and it is very convenient for airport travel and exploring different parts of the city.

Thank you to the team for creating such a memorable stay. I will return without hesitation, and I will remember this hotel with great affection for a long time.
