Christina is the sweetest person ready to assist any time in any case. and I simply enjoyed communication and spending time with her.

person serving the breakfast, unfortunately I don't know his name, but he was the most energetic person I have ever seen. ❤️ working every time and always showing his goodwill and readiness to assist.

rooms are in a good condition, small, but absolutely comfortable for tourists, who mostly spend time out and come to room to have a good sleep,

it was cleaned every day.

in addition, I would like to underline perfect location on the opposite of Gulhane park entrance next to gulhane tram stop. perfect location to walk to most sightseeings around.

in conclusion I highly recommend Sirkeci Ersu Hotel and would return there again .

We only liked the location and the kind staff.

The facilities are not comfortable. The room is very small, barely enough space to put the suitcases on the floor, and the bathroom is tiny, with a shower box that allows half of the water to spill out, flooding the supposed dry area. The bathroom sink is very small, with a countertop that fits nothing and pools water (sink with sludge).

The breakfast does not cater to an international audience, it only has instant coffee, no fruits, no hot food, and nowhere to heat anything up. The boiled eggs are served cold, making it very difficult to peel.

There are no power outlets in the bathroom, at the work desk, or near the mirror.

Very good location and great staff!

The location is very good. The tram is only 2 minutes walk away and many sights are nearby. The staff was very nice - a special thanks to Baris!

Room way too small and constant issues with room card

Unfortunately, the rooms are very small. In the room we actually booked, there was no wardrobe at all to hang clothes. Baris was nice enough to give us another room with a wardrobe, but this room was also very tight and the wardrobe extremely small.

Another major annoyance: The room card constantly did not work. Every time we had to go back down to the lobby to get the card reactivated, otherwise we couldn't get into the room. That was really annoying.

Location

The hotel and rooms are in great need of maintenance. Everything is quite old and neglected. The room is not comfortable and looks dirty, I found gum stuck to the TV remote control. The breakfast is also very disappointing. The coffee maker broke and they simply didn't serve coffee. The staff is friendly, but unfortunately the stay was not good, so I do not recommend it. There are many other hotels in the area as an option.
