It was clean
The welcome drinks were refreshing
The breakfast was pleasant and delicious
The beds were comfortable
It was a bit challenging to access the hotel location from the main street with a lot of luggage, due to having to navigate up and down the hill

NerminIt was normal, however the staff was excellent.
The first night that we arrived, we were placed in a room for two adults although we indicated two adults and two children. I would like to know how this will be resolved? Is there a potential refund or something else? Even though the next day we were moved to another room.
