JumaanDisappointing Stay: Uncomfortable Room, Insects, Non-Working AC, and Poor Housekeeping

Unfortunately, the room was not comfortable. There were visible insects in the toilet, which was unhygienic and concerning. Additionally, the air conditioning was not working properly, making the room very uncomfortable, especially given the current weather. The daily housekeeping service also failed to refill the coffee and water supplies.
